Pickleball in Boone, Iowa

Boone's main pickleball destination is Memorial Park, where six outdoor courts provide a substantial public place to play. The Boone Pickleball Club helps local players coordinate games at the park. Indoor options appear in older listings, yet current access and schedules are not strong enough to publish as dependable drop-in choices.

Where to Play Pickleball in Boone

  • Memorial Park, 711 19th Street: Six outdoor pickleball courts replaced the park's former tennis courts. The complex is lighted and open to the public. Play is first come, first served. Open Play and Events

The Boone Pickleball Club coordinates local games and gatherings at Memorial Park. This community route is useful for finding playing partners and joining sessions without bringing a full group. Connect with the Boone Pickleball Club.

Memorial Park also supports casual games throughout the outdoor season. Court access outside club activity is first come, first served rather than a formal drop-in program.

Visiting Boone

Visitors with partners should start at Memorial Park. Its six public outdoor courts and lights allow flexible play, and the one hour courtesy limit keeps courts moving when players are waiting.

A solo visitor can use the Boone Pickleball Club group to join a coordinated game at Memorial Park. This offers a more practical route to partners than arriving at the courts and relying on an informal rotation.
